Continued Professional Development (CPD)

The Council for the Build Environment is currently in a process of developing a uniform guideline for the CPD allocations and submissions across the different professions and subsequently a Submission date for CPD points in this cycle has not been set. Once the CBE informs us of the new process we will also arrange CPD workshops to bring all members up to speed with the new process/requirements.
 
Members are however advised to collect the required CPD points irrespective of the submission date for this year – as point accumulation is to be for the 5 year cycle.  Please click here for the CPD list for the year that indicates the point allocation for events in the different categories.

We have also recently had a number of enquiries regarding the accreditation and point allocation towards ad-hock events. In future we would request that all requests for accreditation be submitted directly to the ILASA secretariat ilasa@ilasa.co.za
