Compiling of bills of quantities and costing of projects/designs
Able to contribute effectively and clearly in meetings and with clients
Able to negotiate and devise effective solutions to problems with ease
Be able to coordinate with other staff in an organised, methodical way
Plant knowledge, specifically of indigenous vegetation
Practical knowledge of construction detailing, materials and suppliers
At least 3 years’ experience in AutoCAD, Word, Excel
Driver’s license and own vehicle essential

This position requires the individual to assist Senior staff members with Autocad drafting, and presentation work. 3D experience is an advantage. The positions will also require day to day office admin. Own transport is essential.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of projects with intensive exposure to the profession.
